Halloween in April: Off-Season Pumpkin Seeds
If you know me, or follow this blog, then you know that I love roasted pumpkin seeds! But where can I get decent ones off-season without growing my own hydroponic pumpkin patch year-round?
No really, where?
While David's sunflower seeds are tasty on occasion, their pumpkin seeds look too dry and salty for me. I know that I saw a bag of packaged organic seeds recently in my local Giant, but I want to know if anybody has any suggestions.
Help?
UPDATE: Apparently I need to be more specific when describing the way I like my seeds, and even more careful when looking at the labels to purchase them. I was at Giant tonight in the organic section and came across the packaged pumpkin seeds I had mentioned. The brand is Eden (shown to the left,) and while they're not bad, the seeds are hulled! There's something about the shell that I love. *sigh* I'll keep on trying.
